Enjoying the yard

Over this past weekend, it was oddly hot in our area. I say oddly because it is rare that we get that hot weather this time of year up here in the clouds of San Bruno. With that came a stir crazy baby! I finally thought - why am I keeping this child inside!?

I took a big blanket and went and laid in the grass (well, grassy weeds) with Reese and enjoyed the weather. Danny is working on our backyard so we had some family time outside, hanging out, listening to Sirus radio and chatting. Reese did most of the talking :-)

I try to give Reese tummy time daily, mostly because my selfish self is dying to see her roll over! But also because it is goood practice for that bobbing head. I brought a small Boppy pillow with us so she wouldn't rub her little face on anything hard underneath us. She likes it for a time being, but then was hungry and did not want to nurse outside. So we packed it up and went back inside for some lunch.
