Even though we are well into April, I remembered that I have not only NOT blogged in awhile, but her 3 month milestone has come and gone without an update here.
Reese has discovered her yummy, salty and sweaty hands. She enjoys shoving both of them in her month - licking and sucking on them to no end. Sometimes she makes a face, like she knows them taste gross, but still she goes back. I (of course) have been camera ready to take many pictures of this cute and funny milestone.
As the 3 month ticker went by, I noticed not much changed . . . and them WAHM! We are now back to getting up close to every 2 hours (at night) to eat and often go with very little napping (due to be hungry or just plain stubborn). So, as you can guess - I am tired. I was so use to my angel baby sleeping from 9pm - 3 or 4am. So this is rough on me, my body and my mind. I often fall back asleep nursing and wake 30, 40 minutes later with my head in my chest, boob still out and cold - Reese is snoozing away on the Boppy/pillow combo I use at night. Then I try to get her back in the cradle and soon she is up again, ready for more.
I have also bought 2 larger SwaddleMe's and ordered one more online today. She still uses them and I have tried without it and I can not get her off of me without her waking. I may be swaddling her well into Toddlerhood (she laughs), really.
