The plain and simple answer is yes . . . I am still breastfeeding my darling little Reese.
I get this question a lot . . . if I was bottle feeding, or formula feeding, would people ask me if I was still feeding her? Do I have to stop? Do I have to have a set date? Do I have to stop when YOU think I need to?
I get it from close friends, strangers, Moms I meet at the park and people I haven't seen in ages. I get that people have a this idea that I have to have it all planned out, but I don't . . . and I am not sure I will in 2 short months. Does that mean I will nurse her until she goes off to Preschool . . . no. But does that mean I will wean her a year, probably not. Feel free to read more information: ::CLICK HERE::

I get so sick of people asking that too! Why would I want to switch to formula so late in the game! Keep it up Jenny! You're doing great!
NOTHING wrong with it...actually better! good for you. Nurse as long as you BOTH are happy. I nursed my boy until he was 14 months and he weaned himself. tear. cherish it.

Jeez, you know how much these kinds of questions annoy me.
Not long ago, someone asked ME that and Trey isn't even five months old yet.
My response, "Yes, he's STILL breastfeeding".
Their response: "Well, I guess that's okay. It's just time to stop when he can start asking for it!".
My response: "I'm so glad you think it's 'okay' that I'm still breastfeeding (*eye roll*). And you're absolutely right - When he starts ASKING for breast milk, I'll tell him "no". Just like when he's old enough to start ASKING for hugs, I'll have to tell him "we're done with those now, too".
You keep on nursing for as long as you and Reese want to!
P.S. That last comment was from me, in case you didn't know, hahahaha (The "Trey" wouldn't give it away, right?).

I always thought people would be a little more open the closer I was to the Bay, but San Bruno is about as close as you can get, so I guess not.
