Reese's test results all came back normal . . . which I am happy about but feel almost more frustrated. We got her rash healed by Sunday and today, it is back! We have still been using disposable diapers, we are using the antibiotic cream . . . but I didn't bring it to Palcare and I think she might have sat in a poop a little long. Just long enough for the rash to come back - and quick.
We have an appointment with a dermatologists next Friday so hopefully they may have some diet ideas, special cream . . . berries, herbs - whatever!

have you tried burts bees baby bee lotion? i think it is the honey and milk. it works wonders whenever i get a rash (i have pretty sensitive skin), though it does have some fragrance to it. good luck!
Glad the results bring good news :)
Sometimes a sore bum leads to early potty training...maybe you wont need diapers for too much longer? I'm happy it's nothing serious.
Alison.
Hi. This is Laura from the old BBC board. We used to be on with Chrissy. Just wanted to say that my son has very sensetive skin. had a rash below and we tried everything. we brought him to a dermatologist and the medicine he prescribed was too strong for the diaper area and he was all red and burned. make sure when you see a dermatologist that it is a pediatric dermotologist. it was terrible. he hurt to have even water touch him. we never found out what it was. we stopped formula, no more baby wipes, not even unscented. we wipe down there with cotton balls and water. in the end we used triple paste and it took some time. Love the Blog. Laura Schlamp
