THAT Special Gift

Reese LOVES the cartoon Oswald on Noggin. We have tried Sesame Street, only likes the Elmo part. We have sort of watched Wonder Pets, they are ok . . . not loved. BUT Reese LOVES, I mean LOVES Oswald. He is big, and blue and sings. He has an adorable dog names Weenies. He is just awesome to her. What is great is it gives me 30 minutes to do something . . . or nothing :)

I wanted to get something for Reese for Christmas that was Oswald related. Since he is no longer a new show (it is from 2001) I turned to eBay. Oswald and his friends were made by GUND and it is now "retired" so he goes for a pretty penny on eBay (with tags and all). I have found myself bidding on the darn thing. I think it is addicting, I mean, am I really going to want Reese to play with a retired Gund collectors Oswald that I pay $50+ dollars for . . . Auntie Corinn had to point that out to me. Dur.

Every few days . . . ok daily, I check and see if someone has put up a used one hoping it will go for less. I up my MAX bid to $35 for a used 9 in. Oswald . . . I never even won! I just drove up the price!!!

Today . . . I checked again and found this title: Nick Jr Oswald Octopus & Friends Plush Set + 5 free Books. Free Shipping! Since I am all addicted to finding this damn thing I got excited . . . until I saw the price.
