12 Month Check-up!

After Reese little battle with Rosela, she was back at the doctors for her check-up. I just have to say this . . . and I know most Moms will agree. I hate taking her to the doctors. It isn't because of the shots or the doctor . . . but it is so NOT child friendly place so I either have to hold her, which she gets sick of, or let her roam and walk around until she gets into something. She won't sit on the darn table, so this time I let her walk all over the room and poke and pull whatever. Half the plugs weren't covered, which even Dr. Lee was annoyed about. Ok . . . moving on.

The general appointment went well. She was fine with Reese still breastfeeding and saw no worries in her not liking cows milk, but drinking soy. I talked a bit about my worry that she is starting to be picky about eating, since I am, and that I really wanted her to be a veggie lover like her Dad. Dr. Lee said to just keep trying, and to change it up often.

I have decided to space out her shots from now on. She got two at this visit, and we will return in a month to get three more (one is the second half of the flu shot). The shots were quick and I felt so bad . . . but a little Mama Boob and she was much better.
