Small Friends

Reese & I had a couple of play dates with some other small friends recently.

We ventured over to Martinez for the day to visit my friend Teija and her two son, Michael & Steven (pictured with Reese). We did good on the drive over but were starving by the time we got there . . . so we all had lunch together, played a bit an soon it was time to head home before the traffic got bad.



My Mom was invited to my 2nd cousin (Matt) son's (Kai) Baby Shower (Mom was put on bedrest and never got one). So we drove to Woodside on the 1st to see family and meet the new little one. Reese smiled for my Great Aunt Dottie (which thrilled her) and I was pleased knowing that was the closest she would get to meeting my Nana (who passed when I was 12). Kai & Reese both feel asleep so of course we had to lay them together for a photo opt! So sweet :-)



My Pregnancy Group, The 3 Jenny's also got together because we all now had our babies! It was so fun to see each other but also where all the babies were in their own milestones. Each one is so different and it is exciting to get tips from each other as to what is working for one may work for the other! It is also nice to just get out and go somewhere (besides Target!). More meetings to come so I am sure we will overwhelm the babies with more pictures!
